The hirers have asked me to book the kitchen so that the caterers – Stable and Wick – can organise their food immediately prior to the event. As far as I am aware, all the food will be pre-prepared.
The hirer has asked if they could use the kitchen to store cut sandwiches overnight on Thursday in readiness for the 10.30am Wake. Accordingly, please can I book this / fridges from about 8pm on 26th May to around 10.30/11am on 27th May?
